Payment is expected at the time of service rendered until we arrive at a different, mutually agreeable arrangement. Payment method options are cash, check or major credit card.

Insurance

No insurance accepted at this time. A Super bill can be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
